After several years of non use, the Old Holyoke Catholic High School will soon become the site of over 50 units of workforce housing in the heart of Center City. Located just beside Veteran’s Park, which is also undergoing renovations, and other area amenities such as the Holyoke Transportation Center, this development will add pedestrian traffic and vitality to a critical area of the City’s Transit Oriented Development Corridor. The project’s developer is currently aligning final elements of financing in 2012 for construction to begin during the summer of 2013.
